WEEK#8 It's been a busy few weeks of pre-production since my last 10 week program update. After a number of drafts on the script, casting, spending all of my money and rehearsals, the time has almost come for my shoot. We begin principle photography this weekend! Looking forward to the lessons ahead!

Week 2 in the books! 📚✏️
This week the group focused on creating a synopsis from the log lines that we came up with in week one. We were also assigned 1 movie to watch from each other member of the group.

Film will take you to some interesting places.
I dont just mean locations either. Having story on your brain 24/7 allows you to come up with some crazy ideas. Listening to podcast, overhearing a nearby conversation while at the museum, viewing art while at said museum. When any of these types of things catch your interest, think of why? Why do I like this drawing? How does that sound bite that I just heard match up to my own, personal experience? What kind of character would use that piece of dialogue I just overheard? Asking yourself these questions generate amazing concepts which set the ground work for great scripts.
