So Samantha Wright was tasked at work to come up with fun ideas and content for her client (Nike). Something like tiktok style videos. When she asked me to help her, I was like, "Hold my beer!" And started researching some concepts. We landed on this, "Who Done it!?" Style of video, and it came out AWESOME. Wifey still has her acting chops for sure. And Emma made her acting debut along with Noah (Sort of lol). Shout out to SaraLee Steiner and Walter Seward for helping us out with this!

16 chefs, 4 teams, one kitchen and only 4.5 hours to cook.
At the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, the final day of Menu Masters filming was controlled chaos.
The clock started at 9:00 AM. Each team had until 1:30 PM to create:
🔥 one hot dish
🥗 one cold dish
🍴 tasting portions for around 50 guests
Behind the scenes, the Cali BBQ Media team had cameras embedded in every kitchen station while our directors monitored everything from Video Village through wireless systems.
Filming chefs in a live kitchen takes serious coordination between:
👨🍳 chefs
🎥 camera operators
🎬 production crew
After the final plates were finished, the chefs gathered for a roundtable tasting, trying each team’s dishes and sharing what worked, and what didn’t.
We wrapped the day with final interviews before these dishes head to the Menu Masters Awards in Chicago during the National Restaurant Association Show.
