These were my reject photos that I almost deleted last night as I was purging my drive of old photos I didn’t think I’d need. Thank god I went through them before doing that.
I scoured through a lot of my photos from the beginning of the year to kind of compare the way my eye and angles have changed creatively and it’s kind of crazy to think these were my reject photos, granted a lot of them were out of focus, but there was something special and fun in going back and seeing where I have improved but also noticing things I felt I didn’t appreciate in my “reject” photos.
Jumping the gun on the thanksgiving post but I’m forever grateful from where I was last year to now.
I don’t think I’ve ever had such an immense amount of personal growth creatively in my last 10+ years starting from a graphic designer to transitioning to photographer.
Thankful for insomniac and all the great people I’ve met that have given me the opportunities I have been given. 🥹
