Airport Recollections: Tasmanian climbing is an absorbing experience. The wind and the waves provide an environment of unnerving isolation. The feeling of being small in contrast to the grander presence of nature. Fantastic weekend of @froginafroq Tried my best to reenact a Henry Barber ascent of the cliff classic "Conquistador", armed with nuts, hexs, 40 year old pair of EB boots and a flat cap. I think it's also fitting to include some of a Frog article from the time period.
