This is Alcove Centre for the Arts: a recreational art space and community charity rooted in accessibility, creativity, and connection. We host workshops, live music, partner programs, and an open creative drop-in art space because we believe art should feel welcoming, social, and part of everyday life.
If you’ve been part of the Alcove community before, we’re so excited to have you back for another year of creating together. If you’re new here, we’re glad you found us, and we hope you’ll come by, try something new, and find your people.

Glass Blowing ! As y’all know I am a Glass artist ! I always want to show you my process and how glass works and I finally am able to show you some here ! This work is for a few gallery shows this year throughout Calgary which includes so,e odd shapes, sculpted heads and carved glass ! Glass has been a beautiful addition to my life since I found it during university and has since been one of the most amazing artistic pursuits of my life everyday bring something beautiful and whimsical into my life !
