Another incredible fly fishing trip in the books - these are the kind of trips I live for.
Dad and I had the fortune of meeting Donnie in Alaska last year, and this year got to come out to Western Montana to be guided by him - and the skwala bite was unreal.
Donnie crushed it as our guide, we caught so many gorgeous cutthroat trout; learned a ton about dry fly fishing, and got some great tips on casting. Plus he’s a killer photographer so we got to come home with these incredible shots 😆 he even got @ariellelindseyruiz to land 3 or 4 hogs and she’s never fly fished before!

My dad and I had the trip of a lifetime fly fishing in Alaska. We were also very fortunate to meet @dwilson204 there who captured some insane photos of us fishing, that we’re going to look back on for a lifetime. These photos were all taken by Donnie, absolute stand up guy. Huge shout out to @bushwhack_adventures@big_fish_ak for being all around badass and having a great lodge, great guides and getting us on fish!!
