DEADLY CRASH: One woman is dead following a crash at Douglas and Hydraulic in Wichita on Saturday morning.
Police confirm a female passenger involved in the crash was taken to the hospital where she died from her injuries. A 20-year-old male driver involved in the crash, Cesar Arreola-Garcia, was arrested on charges of second degree murder and DUI.

Four crew members ejected safely after two Navy jets collided and crashed on Sunday during an air show at the Mountain Home Air Force Base in western Idaho, according to officials. The aircraft were performing an aerial demonstration when the crash happened.
This year's Gunfighter Skies event was the first at the base since 2018, when a hang glider died in a crash during an air show performance.

WILDFIRES IN KANSAS: Saline County Rural Fire District #1 shared this video of a wildfire in Meade County. It said that the Dickinson County Wildland Task Force, along with responders from Geary County, Marion County and Kingman County joined them in the fight against this fire.
Multiple fires in Kansas have kept fire crews busy, starting on Friday and continuing throughout the weekend. So far, almost 100,000 acres have been burned in the area.

KANSAS WILDFIRES: The Kansas National Guard shared these aerial photos of the damage wildfires have caused in southwest Kansas.
Soldiers and Black Hawk helicopters from the 1st Battalion, 108th Aviation Regiment have been assisting as crews work to contain the fires.

One person was critically injured in an accident this morning south of Newton. Crews found a person pinned inside a vehicle.
After extracting the person, they were flown to a hospital in critical condition.

Bodycam video shows the moment a "water wars" senior prank almost turned deadly in Michigan. Video shows the officer walking around a car when a student jumps out, spraying his squirt gun at the officer.
The officer grabbed his gun, but in a split-second decision, did not fire it at the teenager. Davison Township Police praised the officer for not firing, saying "he had milliseconds to make that decision."
