4 months into the CrossFit comeback — competed at the D7 Games yesterday (first individual comp)
Not the best placing but big improvements all around. Good to be back out there and I actually enjoyed it.

Good to be back this year but still a lot of work to do 💪
There was a lot of resting and no reps today that my judge enjoyed giving out a little too much but we leave those out

First time back competing in CrossFit in a long time, didn’t think I’d ever do it again but had a blast
Thank you @mariiia_st from me saying it will just be for fun then creating training plans, over strategising the workouts then forgetting the plan as soon as the workouts started. You crushed it.
I couldn’t have done it with out you (well literally because it’s a pairs comp but you get what I mean)
Also a big thank you to Steve, Krissy and everyone at olivermma that has supported me over the past few years, I wouldn’t be where I am now without you guys!
Half marathon and a crossfit comp in the last two weeks, time to rest a little bit and start prepping for whatever comes next.
2025 had its ups and downs, but for the first time in years I’m enjoying my own training again.
Consistency did that.
Simple idea. Hard to execute.
Show up anyway and eventually the work becomes something you enjoy.
