KVS Tabla is proving that classical Indian instruments can actually be pretty modern. Sid Komaragiri has been playing since he was 7, and went viral for his tabla remixes.
Now, he’s released four original tracks of his own. His blend of tabla with house, Afrobeats, and EDM feels completely natural and shows just how versatile the instrument really is.

First stop on my India tour was my hometown of Hyderabad. It felt so special to play in a city I've been visiting every year since I was a kid, some of my family even made it out to see me perform which was super special. There were many biryani breaks ( stay tuned for that content 😂)
