It was great to get to Anglesea to walk through this substantial extension to the existing older weatherboard home. An abundance of natural daylight, very nice selection of materials and finishes externally and internally. A few complex connections and details, @greatoceanroadbuilders did a very nice job finished off very well.

Queens St SIPS panel passive house making good progress this year. #matrixcladding and #axoncladding lineal lines are really enhancing the overall dwelling forms and scale. The main living space with high ceilings and windows provide an abundance of natural light and the required privacy. The builders and wrap team using Proctor products achieved an average of 0.54ach. The owners and installers were very happy! Looking forward to fit out stage.

Double storey unit in Herne hill finished a little while ago. North facing living spaces into the private north front yard. North is the best orientation, sometimes it a fight with council town planning to flip the outdoor spaces to the front yard. Colorbond claddings and pre-finished timber look cement sheet cladding hace finished a nice tidy energy efficient home design.
