It was 6:30am and the street was packed with people hurrying to have a treat before work. Everyone was there eating the same thing. The lady asked what I wanted to put on top and i said “LAHAT po” She opens the lid gets a giant sandok of sticky rice then pours hot chocolate all over it. She adds peanut butter, slices the juiciest fresh mango and puts it on the side ☺️ happiness. This is my tribute to one of my favorite food memories. Thank you, Dumaguete 🇵🇭❤️#painitansadumaguete
A guest approached me in the palengke today and told me about a time he had a bad fight with his wife during dinner, then appetizers arrived (this one in particular) and they both forgot what they were fighting about 😂🧡🧡 Thank you for making my week, sir 🙌🏼 (i think im gonna need to keep this on the menu 😂😆)

Q1 started with a smash burger. Best one I’ve had in a while.
Then a meal in BF Homes that feels like a neighborhood spot, except it’s Michelin rated. Then a pork belly fried rice with crispy edges, a bit of fat, slightly sweet and smoky.
Then another smash burger I edited a reel for and immediately wanted to eat again.
Four places. Zero regrets.
