The Kú Next Gen team continues to make its mark on the global stage with standout performances across IRONMAN, Challenge Family, and regional races. Here are some of the top results from the past few weeks.
Watt a ride 🩷🚴♀️✨
Finally got to ride the Outlaw Half course and honestly… now I get the hype. Flat countryside roads, views good enough to stop for a Percy Pigs break, and long stretches perfect for testing the Precision Hydration strategy.🥤
A wholesome little ride with just the right amount of chaos because obviously I was involved. 💅

Doing everything I can to make sure I get on the start line ready to deliver. Which means quieting that chimp and backing myself and the work being put in.

I am constantly seeking high performance which helps when you are backed by a high performance team @ku_cycle 🤝

A historic day for Kú Racing. 🏆
At @challengefamily Salou – Costa Daurada, @will_tri crossed the line in 3hrs 36mins and 11seconds to secure his first win of the season and the first victory in Kú Racing history.
A huge performance built with patience in the swim, taking control on the bike, and precision on the run.
An important milestone for the team and only the beginning.
This one belongs to Will. 🥇

Environment changes everything. Coach Jo Spindler on the responsibility behind elite coaching.
If you’re serious about your training this season, join us in Leysin this summer for a Kú Training Camp.
Link in bio.
Kú Racing lives in it.
Next Gen returns to it every season.
Aero camps built around real performance testing.
And it doesn’t stop there.
For those on a TF1, access extends to the same camps, the same environment, and the same standard.
Different goals. Same system.
Most athletes stay where they are because nothing around them forces them to improve.
Kú Training Camp in the Swiss Alps is now open for booking this summer.
Train in a high-performance environment with daily coaching from Jo Spindler and Emma Bilham. Structured sessions across swim, bike, and run with constant feedback to help you actually progress.
If you’re looking to take a real step forward this season, this is a good place to do it.
Apply through the link in bio. 🤝
The season is well underway for Kú Racing.
New bikes. Fresh kit. First races in the books. It was great having most of the team in for aero testing and to get set up on their new bikes and race kit. We are proud to support them all the way through. 🙌
Leysin isn’t new for Kú Cycle.
It’s where CEO Alex Bok built his foundation with Team TBB and where coach Jo Spindler developed as an athlete long before becoming the coach he is today.
Now we return to build what comes next.
The Kú Training Camp gives you access to the same system used to develop our Kú Racing and Next Gen athletes.
Summer 2026 in Leysin is now open for booking. Link in bio.
Good trip to the US in terms of good friends and joy. Shit trip in terms of performing in races.
When you are doing well everyone will listen, but when you struggle everyone will start telling you what to do. #trusttheprocess
Done with a few days of rest before its back to the grind towards my next Ironman.
