Last Monday, we hosted a pop up featuring some of the MEBUS Program’s finest talent performing on the Campus Green. We had @itsauprie , @kendalrhone , @lifewithchayse , @deadpan_dabin , and more. And behind the scenes, we had our video production team capturing the highlights (see credits down below). Here’s a sneak peek into our Creative Adaptability class which teaches students the fundamentals of creativity by teaching them filmmaking. In this class, instructor and filmmaker Dale Raphael Goldberg along with instructor and filmmaker Phil Wirsig, demonstrate how to safely use lighting equipment and how to light a scene. Just another example of students learning real world skills and techniques from real world practitioners. Yesterday, our students in 3370 were given an opportunity to learn how to setup a real live audio environment at Mad Life Studios with professor Danny Howes and Grammy nominated sound engineer, Steven Morrison. Just another example of MEBUS giving students real hands on experience in the real world.
On March 18th, 2026 we held our MEBUS Expo now in its 15th year! Can you believe it? It was such a fun night we had to share some of the highlights. Just like always, the performances were made up entirely of students and alumni of the MEBUS program. We are so proud of the talented students and alumni that make our program special.
