Hi Equity family!
I’m running for an Equity chorus council seat because we need radical change.
I’m a working actor who knows the thrill of booking the job, the reality of navigating a variety of different contracts, wages, and working conditions that don’t always keep up with the work we give. I believe our union should be as bold, creative, and resilient as the artists it represents. We need new voices who aren’t afraid to get you what you need.
We need progress, which means we deserve more—not just applause, but pay that matches the work, safer more supportive workplaces, time to rest and recover, and a union that fights like hell for every single member, from first contract to veteran, from the youngest member to the oldest.
I bring a mix of curiosity, collaboration, and just enough polite troublemaking to push for transparency, equity (yes, that too), and policies that actually reflect our lives as artists in today’s demanding industry.
I’m currently an equity deputy. I serve on the production contract committee, and I was on the latest production contract negotiating team. No worries, I will absolutely read the fine print so you don’t have to. I ask questions, and I will get you the answers and work tirelessly for solutions.
We are all Equity. Let’s build an Equity that works as hard as we do!
