Last night my nephew Aiken turned our home into a fine dining tasting menu 👨🍳✨
Every course was flawless: the flavour, technique, timing… and the plating?? unreal.
He even designed and printed the menu like a true chef 🤌
Menu:
• Amuse-bouche: Crystal bread (GF) — seabass tartar, lime zest, shallots
• Starter: Scallops — guanciale, zucchini salad, saffron tapioca
• Main: Beetroot capeletti (GF) — prawn mousse, bisque, wilted spinach
• Dessert: Victoria sponge (GF) — strawberries, whipped cream
Proud is an understatement.
