To make things clearer & avoid confusion, the Uprock-Summit (workshops & concerts etc) will now be known officially as the KW-SUMMIT.
Which this year will happening in Adelaide on the 6-8th of November.
The UPROCK-BLOCK PARTY name will remain the same (dance battles & live graff etc)
This year it will be on the following weekend in Sydney on the 14th of November. *& generally the following weekend format will continue in future years.
We’ve implemented this name change to clarify things as previously some people have sometimes gotten the 2 aspects of the event confused.
Each year we’re committed to representing Hip Hop culture in the various elements, so please consider supporting either/or the KW-SUMMIT & the UPROCK-BLOCK PARTY this year.
So lock in those dates & get ready.

In May of 2006 a ragtag band of HipHop heads with a shared Christian Faith gathered in a Sunday school room in Sydney’s inner west to attempt to put on a Hip Hop style church service. It was rudimentary to say the least but overtime they developed aspects & it morphed into a variety of things. That event/group called Krosswerdz now has a global community that’s manifested in a variety of ways.
So on the 30th of May we’re going to go back to we’re it all began, to Petersham AOG now called Revive to celebrate 20th years of Krosswerdz.
Some of the OGs will be there, plus the next gen of the Krosswerdz fam, & we’re gonna celebrate God’s goodness in the best way we know how, on the mic, on the decks, on the the cans & on the dance floor.
So if you’ve been blessed by Krosswerdz in any way, or if you just wanna come down for the first time we’d love to see you. So come on down 30th of May, 6pm…KW20.
