This time last week we were celebrating this legend’s 80th at the phenomenal @thereservechesterzoo with the best bunch of people. I’ve organised some events but this was up there. I’ll miss the eight voice notes a day. What a night!
I first met him when I was 18, in panto, playing Jack in Jack and the Beanstalk and he was my younger brother, Simple Simon. I’m still a beanstalk and he’s still simple 😂.
He’s been such an incredible part of my life. My family and I adore him. He’s kind, thoughtful, very opinionated, and one of the funniest humans to be around. And oh, does he have some stories to tell.
A career to be admired, and he’s still working at the top of his game. They don’t make them like Pete Price anymore. Long may this amphibian legend reign.

Sorry it’s a bit late but just to say a massive thank you to everyone who wished me Happy Birthday. Honestly, I was so overwhelmed and realised how incredibly lucky and grateful I am to have the best friends and family around me.
Crazy how quickly it creeps up! What a journey so far it’s been. Highs, lows, lessons and lots of laughs. Never thought I’d have been celebrating it in Panama with the most incredible bunch of people on such a lovely project.

I had such an incredible experience on this job playing PC Ian Rudge, working alongside the most amazing ensemble cast and crew.
One of the most horrendous crimes in this country. What these victims and their families went through is just unfathomable. Their stories are told in the most sensitive manner whilst also shining a light on the investigation to catch the monster. The research and work that goes in to a series like this is incomprehensible.
