2025 was full of ups and downs, but I’m grateful for the way I got to experience it and everyone who was a part of it✨. I travelled more than I ever thought I would in a year😅 a younger me could’ve only dreamt of, celebrated loved ones, and stepped into the most authentic version of me even if that meant facing some harsh truths..
2026 is the year I rebuild trust and confidence in myself. I’ve started and stopped a few times, but now there’s a real commitment to create something for myself - and hopefully help anyone along the way on a similar journey 🤍

What can I say? It’s been a wild one - full of blessings, lessons, and everything in between. This one’s for anyone feeling stuck, struggling to put themselves first, or unsure of what’s next. I promise you, you’re not alone. Take time to try things, give it your all, and don’t be afraid to ask for help - because when you do, the universe will conspire to make it happen. And most importantly, believe in yourself just as much, if not more, than your loved ones do!
A year ago, I said I wanted to share more on here, but I let my own limiting beliefs hold me back. Not anymore. Here’s to the first of many more posts - because it’s not about being perfect, it’s about not giving up 🩵✨

The day itself really took me by surprise, and I couldn’t have asked to spend it any other way. So, thank you to everyone who made it that extra bit special ✨.
Every year, I reflect on the year, and one thing I’d like to share is: Be you! Surround yourself with people who want you to flourish and grow. Trust me, they’re out there. Take time out for yourself to understand what you want and go get it. Create opportunities, but most importantly, know that you’re never alone.

Day 66/66 - At the beginning of the year I put my pledge out not because it was a competition but to be accountable to myself as well as consistent - Which have both previously been a struggle for me.
The last 66 days have been challenging but also rewarding - I broke through some mental barriers which were holding me back, I sustained an injury on my knee just a few weeks ago which affected me mentally and physically as I couldn’t train my legs to the extent I would've liked to. I also learnt a lot of lessons with regards to how my body works as well as learning to make more conscious decisions e.g. dropping the intensity where required and listening to my body.
Yes there’s a lot more to achieve and my personal goals have changed but I’ve come a long way. Some of my highlights were:
~ Losing 0.5kg weekly by consistently being in a calorie deficit and making sure I was on top of my nutrition and tracking.
~ Averaging 70k steps almost every week.
~ Training 4-5 days minimum but also adding to it by getting into boxing again..💪🏼
~ I finished my first book “Good Vibes Good Life” and started another - To the people who know me, know I used to struggle to get past the first few pages before 😅.
~ Implemented podcasts on my walks🙇🏻♀️.
I wanted to take this time to thank everyone who supported me and continues to - A few reached out to me saying my posts inspired them and I’m grateful that I could have a positive impact on someone ☺️💜.
It doesn’t stop here though, we all have our respectable journeys and different goals to work towards - Once you recognise that.. You’re already a step ahead ✨.

Just under a year ago, having tried to skip on multiple occassions and giving up. I decided to give it another ago and not give up until I got better and better.
Recently, I have been able to see improvements with my skipping in terms of my technique as well as the duration I can skip for.
