MOST PEOPLE TRAIN LEGS UNTIL IT HURTS, THEN I START COUNTING Leg day does not care about motivation, comfort, excuses, mood, stress, travel, fatigue, or the weak voice that starts bargaining once the pain gets real. Please know that this was only part of my workout, but this giant set was built to bury the legs from every angle, starting with leg extension, straight into leg press and then vertical leg press to keep driving pain that already wanted out. Today the physical set became a mental audit because every rep after the burn begins shows whether you came to perform or protect your comfort. Head to last slide to see how I prepare before the work is done: The same standard goes into what I put into my body, which is why I mix my naturally sweetened @unmatchedsupps pre-workout ingredients with @natactionh2o Structured Water (which has already gone through RO and a remineralizer filters) I want my supplements going into structure water because it’s designed to mimic the natural vortex movement of water in nature, supporting hydration, mitochondrial efficiency, and internal environment for enhanced absorption and cellular energy The workout is only a small part of the equation. The sleep, naturally sweetened supps, consistency of food, biohacks, avoidance of alcohol, sugar and stress, etc, is the difference between good to great. Share this with someone who keeps saying they want bigger legs and show them a glimpse if what earning them looks like.

Side raises hit the lateral deltoid—the muscle that most directly increases shoulder width. More width = bigger “V” shape, which makes your waist look smaller and your whole upper body look larger in a T-shirt. Get explosive - your delts don’t know numbers, they know stress, trauma and aggression This was the second variation in my side delt superset Comment DELTS for my new delt destroying workout. @officialbetterbodies @officialgasp KRIS15

3 Mistakes People Make Training Chest: ❌ Mistake 1: Turning every press into a shoulder workout If your front delts are smoked first, your setup is off—shoulders blades down & retracted, chest up, control the path. ❌ Mistake 2: Cutting range to lift heavier Half reps = half stimulus. Own the bottom stretch and keep tension where it counts - but you don’t have to lock out! ❌ Mistake 3: No progression plan Random exercises, random results. Pick 2–3 staples** and beat your numbers weekly (reps, load, intensity or control). **Incline press + flat press + a fly variation. It helps to have your dog to emotionally spot you. #krisgethin #bodybuilding #bodybuildingtips #chestworkout

Some people heat up their meals. Others are so ruthlessly efficient they eat them cold straight out of the container like a tactical operator on a classified mission. No microwave. No excuses. No wasted time. Just premium fuel entering the system as quickly as possible. And honestly, there’s something admirable about that level of commitment. Because transformation doesn’t happen when life is convenient. It happens when nutrition becomes automatic. @krisgethin

LIVE 40% LONGER - HEAT SHOCK YOUR CELLS Sauna forces cellular adaptation that has helped me no end over the past 25 years. It’s a daily ritual. Heat raises heart rate, increases circulation, drives sweating, supports lymphatic flow, improves recovery, challenges mitochondrial output and activates heat shock proteins, which help repair damaged proteins, protect muscle tissue and support longevity. Training already increases heat shock proteins, but training inside the sauna raises core temperature faster and forces the body to fight harder for temperature control, blood flow and cellular survival. That controlled stress creates a stronger adaptation response. Sweat can contain heavy metals, mold, mycotoxins and other environmental toxins that often need gut and bile support, which is why some people use binders like activated charcoal, but charcoal must be used intelligently because it can also bind medications, nutrients and supplements. My base before sauna is @unmatchedsupps electrashed, niacinimide and chlorella. If I use a harder binder, I take them away from food and supplements. Most people sit in the heat for comfort, but I’m now training in it for discomfort Comfort makes you weaker, fragile and age faster. Controlled discomfort makes you harder 2 kill. Do you use sauna

This was 20 minutes before @krisgethin left to catch his flight home. And yes. I opened my garage doors to show off my rented Lambos so low T men can help the algorithm via crashing out in the comments.

‼️STOP SCROLLING AND READ‼️ Prior to working with me, Ram had trained for many years, is a vegetarian, father, husband, busy businessman and frequent traveler who has dealt with injuries, knee issues, was on cholesterol medication, antacids and the normal pressure that comes with real life. He went from size 37 pants down to size 29 and saw his abs for the first time because he stayed consistent, never cheated and refused to negotiate with weakness. When his knee was holding him back and MRIs showed damage, I suggested he go to @cpistemcells in Mexico for stem cells. Ram flew from India to @cpistemcells for stem cells and after the required 3 months post procedure time off, miraculously, he was able to avoid surgery and return to the serious training needed to build the physique you see here. He believed in the process so much that he later flew his mother to CPI for different injuries, and she has made a remarkable recovery too. This man didn’t have an easy schedule but he had discipline, trust and the ability to execute even when life was busy. He stuck to his vegetarian diet, took his @unmatchedsupps and kicked excuse to the curb. I’m extremely proud of him. The images do him every bit of justice he deserves. Only 3 weeks ago, he told me he wanted to focus purely on building muscle but I suggested he have professional pictures done first. He was reluctant and nervous having never taken his top of in public let alone have professional pictures taken. We used two weeks to deplete and later load, and these images here were the end result But it doesn’t stop here, we continue to progress If you’re ready to the stop excuses, stop restarting and finally commit to a structured 1-1 coaching online coaching plan with me, comment COACHING below to apply and I’ll send you the details. ❗️PS: this year is the last year after 28 years 1-1 coaching that I will ever offer this service. I will ONLY keep my current contracted clients

Home gym DTP workout on my @powertecfitness leg press. No audience needed. Most people train harder when someone is watching. I want to know what you do when nobody cares, hitting likes and shares, and quitting would be easy. DTP legs will find every excuse you’ve been hiding behind. The reps climb beyond 50, the pain builds, the legs start shaking, and the mind starts negotiating. That’s the part I came for. Do you usually finish the set as planned or do you rack it and call it “enough”?
