Tim and I recently took a quick getaway to the White Mountains, spending some time at @blackmtnnh courtesy of NASJA and IndyPass. Tim experienced it for the first time, while it was my fourth visit since bringing the kids in 2021. There have been significant changes since Erik took over, and the 'small mountain, big party' vibe at Black Mountain is infectious. It's a great example of the potential of 'little mountains' when innovative thinking and positive change come together.
The area has stolen my heart! Our stay at The Whitney Inn, located right on the mountain, was perfect, and we enjoyed dinner at the Tuckerman Brewery in Conway on Sunday. On Monday, we took some laps at Black Mountain before heading to North Conway, stopping for lunch at Big Dave's Bagels and Cheese Louise, and finishing our trip with some laps at @kingpineski . Whether you're a couple or a family, I highly recommend checking out Black Mountain and all the area has to offer.

Holiday Recap. Crazy few weeks of holidays- hosting Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and NYE. Then Jack was stuck in Puerto Rico for an extra week due to flights, he was gone 12/26-1/10. Char went back to school and comps are in full swing. So much love and happiness. Now onto 2026.
