KPRC 2 Investigates has learned the former Houston Housing Authority CEO at the center of a spending scandal is now leading another housing agency in Flint, Michigan.
Our original investigation uncovered:

šļø A failed A/C project that left homes boarded up
š² More than $4 million tied to questionable spending and payouts
Now, residents and taxpayers are still waiting for answers from federal investigators.

High pressure clamps down on the atmosphere, think of it like an upside down bowl, pollutants (smog, ozone, pollens) get trapped close to the surface.
Very light winds donāt allow for the pollutants to mix out = haze
If youāre sensitive (asthma, respiratory illness), the morning is the best time to be outside.
