So I finally learned how to make AMALA!
What is Amala?
Amala is a popular Nigerian swallow dish made using yam flour. You can have it with any soup you want but it’s mostly had Abula style with a mixture of gbegiri (black eyed bean soup) ewedu and the traditional red tomato stew.
I’ve been trying to learn how to make this for AGES so shoutout to @kotscatering for showing me how.
