To say this was one of the most fullfilling experiences would be an understatement.
So grateful to @glance.film@ms_calala@axahynes for supporting me to make this film and for trusting me and most of all for seeing the vision even when the film jammed the first shoot day and we found out at the end of the day…. and y’all made that happen AGAIN. If that ain’t real idk what is.
Sam mitchell thanks for your patience and for listening to what I say even though sometimes it was more physical than words ha. You was just the right DOP for this.
@hayleyschiffer & Joe Shire. I don’t know how to put into words how grateful I am for you two. Such giving people so warm and joyful and down for the process. More than actors you lot are incredible human beings.
Xana they pulled through with the sound and just executed that within one day. My guy man.
I’m so grateful. That’s first film written and directed such a humbling process lol but my feet feel like they belong here finally.

This has been going on before 7th of October.
There aren’t words to describe how to feel or even what to say , it’s heartbreaking and devastating.
It’s beyond despair , I remember watching this BBC interview and Syed the young boys eyes man his soul you could see the pain and to think of the countless children mothers brothers sisters fathers and more in Palestine that have been ongoing this settlement and now genocide is unbearable.
I wish there was more that could be done , I always wondered how in history class humanity had let past monstrosities happen …now I understand.
The guilt is insane.
It’s too much watching children being beheaded
It’s too much watching people being burned alive but it’s never enough for me to put my phone away and choose to do nothing.
Protest. Donate. Remember them stand with them feel with them and most of all have hope and pray.
To those who still choose to ignore what’s happening not only in Palestine but across the world then you have lost the essence of humanity … empathy.
May you find light within your tainted soul.
God please send those that have passed and those suffering to heaven for that is where they belong , Allah knows what Allah is doing.
