After over a year of testing, tasting and trying new chilli combinations, fermentation process and flavour profiles I present to you my og hot sauce, HOT KAT SAUCE
HOT KAT SAUCE is the new perfected recipe for koolkatcondiments and is a sweet, smokey, preeeetty spicey hot sauce that will warm you up this winter!
Made from Ugandan habaneros , chipotle chillis and carmilised oinions this sauce packs a punch but full of flavour!
October batch = 10 bottles
Now I plan to make more bottles as every batch goes so if you don’t manage to get one just hold tight and there will be plenty more coming!

MEAN PEACH HOT SAUCE
🔥🍑Batch 3 is here! A nice and sweet hot sauce with a big kick!
This is my biggest batch yet made from peaches and scotch bonnets. i caramelised the peaches in brown sugar for hours adding lime juice, tajin and some other secret spices and then blitzed them up with BBQ roasted scotch bonnets. Big hit of sweet and spicey that works amaiznly with our barbacoa, chilli reanos, pollo asado and of corse with tortilla chips

🔥 dragon tounge hot sauce - got hold of some Chinese dragon tounge chillis from the good people up the road at roots and made a banging hot sauce! Bbq grilled the chillis and cut it with soy sauce, Mirin, limes and roast garlic. Had good East Asian flavours with a good heat behind
