I’m Kris- owner & lead planner. I’m a decade into this career and still love what I do. Over the years, weddings have changed a lot (esp the price tag- holy hell), but one thing remains the same...we are in the industry of humans, not just events. At the end of the day, it’s about the people getting married...it’s not about the flowers, it’s not about the content creation, and it’s def not about going viral. If you’re in it for those reasons, you’re doing it wrong. 😎

12 years married, 20 years together.
Those numbers feel insane but also make me extreme proud of us (we look like babies). Our wedding is still my favorite wedding I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot of REALLY great weddings).
If I had it to do all over again, there are a few key things I’d change, however:
1. I’d invite less people. There are people who we (I) insisted inviting to our wedding that we’ve not seen since. They never should have been invited…
2. I would have rented ceremony chairs. 🤦🏼♀️
3. I would have HIRED A PLANNER. I tried to be my own planner with some additional day-of help and I should have just handed over the control so I wasn’t writing my vows last minute (5mins before the ceremony to be exact 🙄).
Either way, even with those things, it’s my favorite day to celebrate each year. Thank you for choosing me so many years ago, @tyler_zeman , and continuing to choose me every day. Happy Anniversary (a day late) my love! TC4L #krisler2014 foreverrrrrr
