What makes small business so special is the people we have the opportunity to collaborate with. For me as a business owner, never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined running a business through a global pandemic. But it happened… and KOLE might not be here today if it weren’t for a special person that joined us a month into COVID lockdown.
Ashley joined the team in March of 2020 and, over the next 6 years, helped KOLE restructure and rebuild stronger. Together we had to navigate some of the hardest times both financially and emotionally. While I was working on putting out fires, Ashley provided a solid footing, a much needed stability in chaotic times at Kole. Our back-end systems improved, our quality only got better and while we had major turnover at times, I could always count on her to be a trustworthy and immovable force for good.
KOLE now has an incredible team of talented, kind and loving people displaying next-level professionalism and strong communication, thanks in large part to Ashley.
Her journey at KOLE has come to an end and it’s bittersweet. We will miss her but wish her happiness and growth in her next chapter. For being a guiding light and putting our people first, Ashley will forever be a part of the KOLE family.
