@yellowfarmct is a nonprofit organization based on a 65-acre working farm in Stonington, Connecticut. Through food and farm-based education, their mission is to connect people to each other and to where their food comes from 🚜🌾☀️
Kojicon is one of Yellow Farmhouse Education Center’s programs and a natural extension of our mission. As an annual global fermentation conference, Kojicon brings together chefs, farmers, scientists, and fermentation enthusiasts from around the world to explore traditional techniques, microbial cultures, and the ways fermentation connects food, agriculture, and community.
By sharing this knowledge across cultures and disciplines, Kojicon helps deepen our understanding of where our food comes from—and the many ways people have preserved, transformed, and celebrated it for generations 🧘♀️🌟
