HX Clinic — Architecture for Medicine 3.0 HX Clinic rethinks the healthcare interior as a new clinical typology, borrowing precision from healthcare, comfort from hospitality and openness from the contemporary workplace. Conceived as an environment for longevity rather than a setting defined by illness, the project transforms a highly technical medical program into one coherent spatial landscape for diagnosis, therapy and everyday care. Curved translucent partitions, warm materiality and integrated technical systems shape an architecture that feels calm, adaptive and deeply human. ⛏️ Construction has started at @zoobrno 🦒🐘 Zoos are living classrooms, places where biodiversity is experienced face to face, not through a screen. Where animals become teachers, and curiosity becomes the curriculum. Through encounter, observation, and play, children build empathy, responsibility, and a deeper understanding of ecosystems and endangered species. Yesterday we opened the former fire station, Hasička in @mestomikulov to the public. A shared reading of the building in its current state. On site, with the city and visitors, discussing what is there and what could come next. The building sits just off the main square, in a position that connects everyday life with tourism and local activity, yet today it remains underused and in poor technical condition. The intention is to bring it back into use through a mix of working, cultural and community functions — coworking, studios, workshops, and spaces for smaller events. Not a single program, but a framework that can evolve over time. Early stage, open questions. Thanks to everyone who came, looked closely, and asked. Jabloneček získal ocenění Shapes of 2025 v kategorii Udržitelnost. @shapescz V prvním ročníku cen, které propojují architekturu, development, design i umění, byl náš projekt oceněn za přístup, který jde za hranici samotné stavby. Jabloneček není development, který přichází do krajiny něco vzít. Je to snaha stát se její součástí. Revitalizace údolí, návrat života do místa s hlubokou historií a hledání rovnováhy mezi architekturou a přírodou. Od znovuvyužití materiálů přes práci s krajinou až po citlivé zasazení jednotlivých staveb, každý náš krok je veden respektem. Za projektem stojí silná generace architektů a tvůrců: @chybikkristof , @mjolk_architekti , @kogaa_studio , @formafatal , @atelierpartero , @so_concrete Ocenění 26. března 2026 v Clam–Gallasově paláci v Praze převzali Michal Bobošík (Development Director) a Hana Samuelová (Business & Marketing Lead) společně se zástupci architektonických studií. Tohle ocenění bereme jako potvrzení, že cesta, kterou jsme si vybrali, dává smysl. A že architektura může být víc než jen stavba. Our office is a three-dimensional business card, a spatial expression of our values. We designed not just where we work, but how we think. In Brno, we reused what existed. Left walls layered. Opened the space to create flow of movement, of ideas. Transforming what was an unwanted corner space into a spot for city making culture and ideas. With the opening of our Prague office, we continue this approach. An old quarry that becomes a destination. Set within a former extraction site in Branná, this aparthotel is shaped by the logic of the quarry — carved volumes, softened edges, and spaces that grow from the rock. The building follows the terrain, opening through arched loggias and deep balconies that frame stone, forest and snow. At the heart of the project is a shared ground: a spa embedded in stone, indoor–outdoor pools, spaces for events and gathering, generous kids areas and courtyards shaped around existing boulders. El Concéntrico & Friends Book Tour llega a Praga con una nueva presentación del libro Concéntrico: Laboratorio de Innovación Urbana, en colaboración con CAMP – Center for Architecture and Metropolitan Planning y el Instituto Cervantes. The event will take place on Wednesday, November 12, at 7:00 pm in CAMP. The conversation will bring together KOGAA, Nami Nami Studio, Mjölk architekti, and Javier Peña Ibáñez, moderated by Kristýna Drápalová, to discuss the shared learnings between Concéntrico and Czech architectural practices. We highlight Circo aéreo by KOGAA, a traveling installation that reactivates underused urban spaces, transforming parking lots into places for gathering, rest, and performance. Its 4-meter inflatable ring becomes a screen, a light source, and a shade canopy — a symbol of how architecture can transform the everyday through the ephemeral.

FRANKE LOFTS: Adaptive Reuse in the Heart of Opava 🧱⚡️ On Masařská Street, one of the few surviving warehouse buildings from pre-war Opava is entering a new chapter. Once part of a corner block damaged during WWII, the structure has stood vacant for years — its original storage function long gone. Through the FRANKE LOFTS project, the building will be carefully restored and adapted for contemporary use. The proposal combines ground-floor civic and commercial spaces with loft-style housing above, following principles of flexibility, sustainability, and heritage integration. The intervention restores the street’s continuity while introducing discreet energy upgrades such as green roofs and photovoltaics. FRANKE LOFTS aims to show how existing urban fabric can evolve — not through replacement, but through transformation.
