Tea is a way to connect with the land. Whenever I sip a cup of Japanese tea, I remember the air of my home.
During the afternoon tea, I discovered tea elevated to an art form. Each variety was prepared with precise timing and temperature to bring out its finest flavor, beautifully paired with seasonal sweets.
I found myself thinking, I never expected tea could surprise me like this. Thank you @ritzcarltonnikko for inviting me to this beautiful experience.

ザ・リッツ・カールトン日光のアフターヌーンティーは、いろいろな日本茶のセレクションがある。それぞれのお茶の良さが引き出されるように、お湯の温度や抽出時間、茶器まで丁寧に計算されているそう。季節のスイーツとともにいただく時間は、まさに“お茶を味わうための儀式”。淹れ方ひとつで、お茶はこんなにも美味しくなるのかと感動しました。

For the past few years, I have often felt overwhelmed.
In winter, Nikko reminded me of what I had quietly neglected:
to breathe deeply in nature,
to embrace new experiences,
to sit in stillness and return to myself.
In that silence, a voice within me quietly said: I want to dream big again. At Oku-Nikko, I learned to follow my intuition and believe in myself again.
