Built around Ketel One Vodka’s silky texture and subtle citrus lift, this cocktail reinterprets my favourite travel order: a dirty martini with tonic.
Finished with a sunscreen spray being a sensory reminder that even though the gate has closed… you’re still on holiday.

“Late Night Tales” is my interpretation of what little luxuries are and fresh bedding and the hotel experience is a prime example of this.
Inspired by the music series of the same name, this serve captures the intimacy and calm of late night listening. The drink is presented through a mini bar ritual, allowing the guest to engage with it the way you would a hotel room: gradually, deliberately, and on your own terms.

Garnish: Black Toasted Rice Sesame Oil
The concept for the drink was to transform the classic dessert Rice Pudding into a classic HAKU Vodka martini by highlighting the flavours in HAKU Vodka like sticky Japanese rice. The drink is creamy in mouthfeel zest and nutty in taste with the most prominent flavour being rice. The garnish is black to pay respect to the HAKU Vodka logo.
