Chef Juan and Nicole of @thecavecatering sent a late-night text to chef @eggsianbenedict about a 45-day dry-aged steak and a stash of black truffles quietly waiting in their kitchen.
Two nights later, that message became a moment.
At @kobo.table ’s first-ever industry night potluck, the kitchen filled with chefs, friends, and familiar hands—each bringing not just a dish, but a memory, a technique, a story. Flames flickered, knives tapped, corks popped. Old stories resurfaced, new ideas took shape.
A simple exchange turned into a shared table.
