It’s competition season and I’m sharing my 2024 comp recipe with SYPHON to you all ☕️🫧💧
few notes on the recipe (o^^o)
💭 blending grind size brings complexity to the cup. As there’s no agitation caused in syphon brewing, this trick helps making better coffee!
💭 different stirring speed. Stirring fast at first to make sure coffee and water are in full contact with each other. Stirring slowly in the remaining brew to ensure extraction is even.
💭 pouring room temperature water to upper chamber. Water can be pre-measured for better efficiency in competition. But I do recommend to measure output and TDS for more accurate outcome instead.
