What a day up at Villars-sur-Ollon!
The 4th edition of the Just One Contest brought together riders from all over, sunshine, creativity, and a whole lot of good vibes.
This year’s custom-built feature pushed everyone to get inventive — from the jump session, to the cannon rail, to the final “best line” challenge across the entire module. The level was high, the style was strong, and the energy was on point all day.
With a bar open for riders and spectators, and an afterparty on a terrace at the top of the slopes — DJ DR. Fad-R, drinks, pizzas, and a golden sunset — the day ended just as well as it started.
The ISBC crew is already hyped for next year… the 5-year anniversary edition is going to be something special.

Everyone’s welcome — all ages, all genders, all levels.
11:00–12:00 A super friendly support session at the bottom of M Park. If you’re working on something new or just want a few tips, come by — we’ll be there.
13:00–15:00 Ski cypher through the park and around the resort, finding spots and riding together with some music along the way.
Lifts run until 18:30, so there’s time for a few sunset laps too.

Podcast 🎧 In the 1980s in Switzerland, there was a team of acrobats who would launch themselves from an artificial kickers, perform double flips dressed as aliens, and land on an inflatable airbag: it was the Fanatic Ski Show! Knuckle Mag tells the story of one of the Swiss pioneers of this now almost extinct discipline: Stéphane Ciompi. Maé Biedermann met and recorded him for a podcast in French.
