I’m always in awe of the people who choose to work with me for their first pole or aerial photoshoot. There’s a vulnerability in being seen this way, and watching someone fully step into their power never gets old to me. 😱Can you believe this was Alicia’s first pole photoshoot. She came in so prepared, with incredible stamina and energy the entire time. We moved through so many different poses, shapes, and angles so effortlessly. This makes it so fun to create and collaborate!

Today is a tribute to every mother out there, but this one is for a very specific mom 💛
ℹ️ Fun fact: Peppa spotted me during my very first handstand attempt lol. I clocked her in the face with my enthusiasm.
💐Since then she’s gone from my pole teacher, to my training buddy, to being beside me through so many photo and video shoots over the years.
💪🏾If you’ve ever been on one of my shoots, you definitely know Peppa — she’s the one welcoming you to set, holding your hand while helping rotate you through poses the entire shoot, and saving lives while fighting off wayward heels 😂
She’s also a badass pole artist and genuinely one of the hardest working women I know.

This shoot almost didn’t happen.
Then I found out she was moving to Europe.
I’ve been documenting Sam’s pole journey for years—photoshoots, competitions, all of it. So I knew this wasn’t just another session. This was a turning point.
I called her and asked if she’d be open to telling her story.
She said yes—and showed up fully, honest, and unfiltered.
That kind of trust isn’t something I take lightly.
This is why I love the pole and aerial community so much.

First ever pole shoot 🙈🌸
I’ve always wanted to do this particular shoot for the longest time and this year it so happened to fall exactly on my birthday a few months back 🎂
Although I was just back from my 6 month hiatus after rupturing my tendon and with an almost negligible amount of confidence I knew I still just had to do it!
And I’m so happy that I did 😍
I had the most wonderful time and met some of the nicest fellow pole gals which made me realize this community is truly one of the most supportive I’ve ever experienced 💕
