I have a new guitar 🧈
These are a few early explorations.
The first clip is just a nice chill loop playing around with the movable pickups.
The second pans each of the pickups to its own stereo output to create a double-tracked sound from a single guitar.
The third leans into the stranger things the guitar can do, sending an expression signal to control the clock knob on MOOD.
I’m lucky enough to have one of the first three of these ever made. I bumped into Robin of @versoinstruments at Superbooth while he was working on a prototype… and commissioned one on the spot.
Real excited to dig around more and see where this goes.
Hey. I haven’t done one of these in over a year. How are you?
It’s demo day, doing a very dynamic walkthrough of the new Onward. As you may know I work with Chase Bliss now, so take me with a grain of salt. But this is my kind of thing so I wanted to take some time to explore it and share what it can do.
Hope you enjoy it and hope you’re really just having a good time out there.
Doing a bit of tracking at the Nagasaki port rn.
I’ve been in Japan for a couple months but this is the first day I’ve had to putter around by myself, the song is pretty awful tbh and I reek of smoke from a jazz bar last night but I’m alone and there are boats so I’m good.
Anybody else making a go with the Tracker Mini? I’m still in the learning phase.
@madeinpolyend
I never really made a demo for Blooper, what with all the Blooper Reel episodes each month and then the Better Bloops series.
And I still haven't. But this one is pretty close.
New video out today on the @chasebliss channel exploring all the ways you can modify a loop with Blooper and bring even the simplest phrases to life.
It was fun to make, I was gentler on myself than normal.
ALSO, Blooper now has a new field guide so check that out.
Video linked in my bio.
I haven't been able to say this in awhile: it's new demo day!
Weehoo.
I don't really know how I feel about using the Knobs channel to explore things I've worked on with Chase Bliss. So I just decided to try it on and be honest about it and see how it feels. Maybe I'm horribly biased but I think this is the funnest pedal I've ever played and I'm proud of it.
So I made a video.
Put it on and go to bed.
