This particular home had a beautifully neutral feel, so I wanted to add a little contrast to the dining experience. A black wood oversized table to ground the space. Terracotta chairs for a color pop. Abstract art to draw in guests. And a simple table statement as the conversation piece.

Broke ground in December, keys in hand by April. Exactly how we like it.
We secured a limited Gilmour floor plan with Trophy Signature Homes, negotiated $20K off a non-inventory home, and made sure all appliances were included. Because details matter.
Then we got strategic.
