Yesterday, we commenced a three-day strategic retreat on the Personnel Audit and Skills Gap Analysis (PASGA), a key reform initiative under the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan (FCSSIP25).
The retreat brings together Permanent Secretaries, Steering and Implementation Committeesof the OHCSF, and 15 cluster consultants, to develop a unified methodology that will shape workforce planning, training, deployment, and succession management across MDAs.
This decisive step marks a major milestone in repositioning the Federal Civil Service to deliver efficient, accountable, and responsive governance for Nigerians.

JCI Ikeja’s Individual Development Seminar (IDS) focused on the core themes of leadership, innovation, and resilience in entrepreneurship. The event was attended by delegates from various Lagos State Public Service departments, including Health, Sports, Youth, Transport, Tertiary Education, LSDPC, Agriculture, Civic Engagement, and Legislative, along with representatives from the Ministry of Establishments and Training, and civil servants from the Office of the Governor and the Office of the Lagos State Assembly Speaker. Attendees from the private sector included staff from Knewrow @knewrow_ and delegates from JCI Festac @jcifestac ,JCI Warri @jciwarri ,JCI Ikeja @jci.ikeja , JCI Victoria Island @jcivictoriaisland as well as other individuals.
This one-day certificate training on Entrepreneurial Leadership, conducted by Lagos Business School @lbsnigeria Pan-Atlantic University, was designed to provide delegates with the skills needed to foster innovation and enhance competitiveness.
