First thing I’ve built / assembled in a long while. Started with a clearance fork for my old bike and it spiraled into an all-clearance build. The frame is an NS Eccentric 29 that arrived damaged after I already sourced everything for it. I decided to make it work… then just had to name it!

Piecing this together took around 18 months and countless hours of trial & error. Couldn’t be happier with the result and I will never do it again. 1965 Framus Frankenstein. Pickguard & control plate by @kallierene

124k miles, 2 “moderate” wrecks, & a 65 day stint in an undisclosed rehab facility… still foxy!
Huge shout out to @flamingoautomotiveinc who spent a ton of time dialing in the alignment… which is perfect.

This was a very satisfying project.
• strings off center, due to neck being shifted.
• neck cracked, screws bent.
• fixed crack, straightened screws.
• realized that factory screw holes were drilled improperly.
• filled body & neck, re-drilled holes.
• perfection.
