You control what the outcome of your life will be. The resources and things you can use to become great musicians, artists, chefs, etc are taken for granted daily.
Don’t wait until you’re old to say I wish I would have done what I had a heart for, if I had known imagine where I could have been now.

From a young age, struggling with stuttering and a fear of public speaking to now talking on panels, giving speeches and leading classes. After taking a College class on Communication I learned there are ways to a re-wire how you operate and can detach from self-limiting beliefs you’ve created for yourself! I stepped out of my comfort zone and faced a major fear of mine! Now there’s nothing stopping or holding me back from speaking freely and confidently.

I hear so many conversations about strict upbringings or difficult childhoods shaping who we are. And while those experiences are real and valid, adulthood comes with a shift. At some point, growth requires radical responsibility. We can acknowledge what hurt us without letting it define who we are and how we treat others. You didn’t choose how you were raised, but you do get to choose who you become. Healing is hard, but continuing the cycle is harder.
