Stillness allows a chance for reflections to burrow deeper. It is often where I find the vastness of Appreciation throwing a party.
While it has only begun to land for me and fully feel the depth of a gratitude that runs deep in my bones, I feel a swell of emotion just beneath the surface. To pay homage to what our team has journeyed through and the shadows that I was led through to find today. I sit an reflect that each moment we live is the last chance we get to come together in this way. This anniversary lands differently. I feel everything lands differently since last years experiences. It is bitter and mostly sweet in this season of life. I asked, a team member and friend, their reflection of how the anniversary and grand re-opening went Saturday and they replied, “The community you have been manifesting to nourish your soul more deeply has arrived. Today was a testament to that.” They asked “How does it feel?”
My childlike expression of joy says it all.

When KLynergy began, it wasn’t built from a perfect plan, it was built from intention, grit, and a genuine desire to serve people in a way that felt different… more connected, more skilled, more human.
Looking back at 10 years, it’s not the numbers that stand out. It’s the moments.
The clients who walked in hurting and walked out hopeful.
The conversations that changed someone’s week…or their life.
The teachers, mentors, and collaborations that expanded our craft.
The team members who became family, who carried the mission forward in their own unique way.
The challenges that shaped us into something steadier and more aligned.
In ten years, KLynergy has:

• Built a community-centered space rooted in trust and transformation

Throwback 2020
2020 asked more of us than we ever expected.
It stretched our faith, our endurance, our vision, and our capacity to hold uncertainty.
As a small wellness business built on human connection and hands-on care, surviving 2020 wasn’t just a challenge, it was a test of identity, adaptability, and heart.
There were moments when the doors were closed, but the mission stayed open.
When revenue stopped, but responsibility didn’t.
When fear was real, but so was community.
And somehow, through the isolation, the pivots, the protocols, and the constant unknowns, we found a way to keep going.
We re-learned what it meant to serve.
We re-imagined what healing could look like.
We leaned into innovation, resilience, and the belief that wellness would be needed more than ever on the other side of it.
2020 taught us:
