We recently had the privilege of leading our first upcycling workshop at our very own Kloth Hub in Bangsar with students from Kohinoor Mumbai University!
Students from the Bachelor of Business Administration program collaborated with Kloth to transform old t‑shirts into wrist straps as part of a CSR initiative under their Student Awareness Program. A big shoutout to this vibrant group for their enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to sustainable thinking. It was inspiring to see future business leaders engage hands‑on with circular fashion and purpose‑driven action.

Kloth partnered with Lumut Naval Shipyard (LUNAS) to create a set of 6 custom bags and pouches for the Defence Services Asia (DSA) 2026 exhibition. Each features a nautical-inspired batik pattern in deep blue tones, and was sewn by our Kloth Woman Up ladies - women from economically vulnerable communities whom we are proud to work alongside.
Every bag and pouch in this set was made using rPET fabric derived from approximately 450 recycled plastic bottles sourced by Kloth Wear, and upcycled denim from over 300 pairs of discarded trousers.
Thank you to LUNAS for teaming up with us on this set of conscious corporate gifting.
