Championing life with Klim Foundation.
Klim Foundation is the official charity partner of World Series Swims @worldseriesswims and this year's Cooly Classic Every Stroke Counts.
Cooly Classic @coolyclassic is one of Australia's most iconic ocean swim events – held at Coolangatta on the Gold Coast, drawing thousands of swimmers to the water each year.
This year, on 16–17 May 2026, every stroke means something more.
We're raising funds to support people living with CIDP – a chronic neurological condition that slowly affects the body's ability to move, feel, and function. It's more common than you'd think, and until now, people facing it have largely been doing so alone.
That's what we're here to change.
Join us in the water – or support someone who is.
CIDP is rare – but the need for awareness, advocacy and support is not.
Every donation helps us strengthen education, improve clinical engagement, and provide trusted resources for patients and carers navigating this condition. It allows us to continue pushing for earlier diagnosis and better access to treatment.

On wednesday the 29th of April, the Klim Foundation and @championausnz brought together patients, carers, healthcare professionals, partners, and supporters at the iconic North Sydney Olympic Pool to launch something we're incredibly proud of – the Championing Life capsule.
A room full of people who believe that those living with CIDP deserve more – more awareness, more support, more hope.
Thank you to everyone who came and stood with us. Your presence means everything to this community.

Championing Life, our collaboration with the @klim.foundation , a purpose-led capsule inspired by @michaelklim1 lived experience with CIDP. Doctors, patients, Olympians and media all in the one room, and a cause that matters. This is just the beginning.
