PURPLE TOAST COSPLAY: I'm a Croatian cosplayer known as Purple Toast and you can often find me cosplaying from the horror genre however I also love making anime and game cosplays! Starting my cosplay journey in 2018.
I absolutely love creating detailed props, styling wigs and challenging myself with intricate makeup. When working on cosplays I love finding new techniques and materials to work with and in the meantime, I enjoy partaking in cosplay photography and being behind the camera, capturing the dynamic photos of other colleague cosplayers! Actively partaking in cosplay competitions in Croatia and abroad, I represented Croatia at the CCC and gamers8 WCS but also acted as a judge on various cosplay competitions.
Besides guesting at the conventions I am one of the organizers responsible for holding the Cosplay Meetup event happening in Zagreb!
ALICE THE ARCANE:
Hi, I’m Alice the Arcane and I’ve been cosplaying for 13 years. After taking part in close to 20 craftsmanship contests and judging a few as well, it’s safe to say I have a love for seeing the skill and hard work of others up close!
In my private life I work backstage as a costume dresser for musical theatre so cosplay is where I take my chance to slip into a character and take to the stage.
I’m always happy to chat with new people in the community and I can’t wait to meet you all soon!
