Opening up our first show, we bring you dear friends @thisisprettywindows
Born and bred in Nottingham, Pretty Windows are a duo serving up a riot of stories, characters and mangled lyrical mayhem, all painfully extracted from this terrible-beautiful thing we call life. Beats, loops and inventive guitar act as the back drop to their mostly spoken, hard won words, all preserved in amber within that glorious creation; the pop song.
Together now for over five years, a relentless stream of writing and recording led to the release of their debut album “Is This Normal Behaviour" in 2025.
"(ITNB) is an album that feels like the culmination of a life well lived, both good and bad. It feels like a last gasp. It feels like everything songwriting was ever supposed to feel like, to us at least.” - PW
A follow up is well on the way for release later this year.
You can catch 'em @jtsoar supporting the mighty @crancband this saturday.

We are one week away from showtime! What better time to tell you about the third act coming to town: Sinews!
Sinews are a band from Oxford, made up of Heather, Luke, Rich and Thomas, who play unsfashionable post-hardcore rock music.
Never macho - this is heavy music made with a humble heart. The band released their debut EP 'Reanimated' in January 2024, and a follow up EP 'Choreography' in February 2025, which Nightshift Magazine said ‘stands true to post-hardcore’s original ideals and finds the sweet spot between thoughtful intricacy and musical violence.’
Live the band have shared the stage with the likes of Mclusky, Fucked Up, Thank, The None, Cassels, Objections, and Other Half.
FFO: Fugazi, Drive Like Jehu, Helmet, Modest Mouse, Unwound, Pavement

You last saw them here @jtsoar in January supporting the mighty @valleyfortitude along with @coughdropsband playing their fuzzy emo tunes, just like the ones you sang when you were a teenager, but about being jaded thirty-somethings.
Junk Whale self-released one EP 'See you around, I guess?' last May, and kicked off 2026 with a double single featuring 'Lime n Soda’ and ‘Old Tomato'. Think songs about overwhelm at gigs and trashy lesbian dating shows, set to crunchy 90s guitars, raging grungey riffs, and sugar-sweet vocal harmonies.
We can't wait to have you here for the party!
