FLOWERS FOR THE STREETS
The starting point was to design two objects [blume1 and blatt1] that invite people to rethink the urban space and subsequently claim it for themselves in a sustainable way. I concentrated on street sign poles and tried to give these poles a further use through the project “Flowers for the Streets”. On the one hand, this should encourage people to design their neighborhood according to their needs and, on the other hand, bring color, joy and coming together to the streets.
An important point for me was that the person who attaches an object to the pole can decide for themselves whether they want it to stay there forever, for a while or just for a short time. 🔐

Wenn man ungezwungen Zeit miteinander verbringen will, ist der Faktor Zeit ein wichtiger. Umso wichtiger die Zeit zu vergessen beziehungsweise nicht zu verfolgen. Die Uhr soll uns zeigen, dass es ab und zu auch okay ist die Uhrzeit nicht zu wissen und die gemeinsam verhockte Zeit Priorität
hat.
