First off it was fantastic! Felt more like a concert than a movie- hard to sit still in your seat. Jaafar really did capture his essence. It moved fast, maybe too fast for some of the details I wanted but hey it’s hard to get a persons life into a 2 hour film. Michael Jackson was a BIG influence in my life and career as an artist and I’ll always remember the night he performed at Motown 25 1983. My family was huddled around the small tv in my parents bedroom. My brothers and I were supposed to be in bed for school the next day but we begged to see Michael perform before we go. I saw Michael perform Billie Jean and do the moonwalk for the first time… 🤯🤩!!!! #history #michaeljackson
