"It was a Saturday that i saw an explosion in a flower bouquet" This installation lives in the space of in-between. Where flowers still breathe under distant echoes of violence survive what tries to erase them. As Iran faces another wave of unrest, this work holds a quiet place for resilience, memory, and the fragile persistence of life. This past fall, a young group of producers dove into the mysterious world of synthesizers, drum computers, and electronic sound; learning how it works and what it can create. @navidenazar is one of the participants in this workshop and now the SHOW! During an intense, wonderful period at the Willem Twee studios, these producers messed around and found out... In this showcase, they will share their new knowledge and passions for these wonderful machines. Everyone has their different approaches for hardware sound synthesis, which is represented by a diverse line-up that covers favourite styles and techniques. 🪞 Avans Master of Fine Arts and Design presents “I is Another”, an exhibition that explores shifting identities, embodied perspectives, and the fluid boundaries between self and other. Through performance, installation, image, and sound, the participating artists reflect on how identity is constructed, fragmented, performed, and continually rewritten. 📍Location: Willem Twee Kunstruimte, Den bosch @willem_twee_kunstruimte Dates: 16 to 19 January 2025 Opening event: 16 January, 14:00 to 17:00 Exhibition Hours: 17 and 18 January, 11:00 to 17:00 Entry: Free “I is another” comes from Rimbaud’s French sentence “Je est un autre” and already opens a small crack inside the English language. Through this crack, the self appears as fluid, layered and sometimes strange to itself. The works in this exhibition follow how forces such as war, religion, patriarchy, migration, money and cultural systems are written into kitchens, bedrooms, hotel rooms, venues and streets and how they leave marks on bodies, relationships and memories. Together they present the self as a crowded meeting point where private life touches public history and invite visitors to ask who is already speaking when they say “I”. 'S Parallel World goes behind the eyes of "ki" part of the collective. With the guidance of @_olliepalmer the environment designed with visuals and sounds to let the audiences experience something above the world. In this project, presence took a big part so here is only a documentation of the work.

's poetry on lichens After learning about the word Symbiosis, we decided to make a symbiosis of different things. At first it started with a Map, then painting paired. Then we made a poem about love and lichens. Lichen: . a plantlike organism that typically forms a low crusty, leaflike, or branching growth on rocks, walls, and trees. Symbiosis: interaction between two different organisms living in close physical association, typically to the advantage of both. 2024

's piece called "Home in 50x50" is imagining a landscape of the homeland of ours. Combining elements of Iran's nature with text. It was made in a improvised sketch and painting experience at @hetnoordbrabantsmuseum among other artists who participated in a group painting Marathon. The piece will be displayed in the 4th of June auction in the museum which is dedicated to the "youth fund". 2025

•KIVID• is a very small, personal collective formed by two people, who collaborate on audiovisual projects. It’s a space where sound and image meet through experimentation, intuition, and shared curiosity. We approach each work as a conversation between our perspectives, allowing it to grow organically rather than fitting into pre-defined forms. It’s not about scale or polish, Kivid is about presence, feeling, and process. Sometimes our works are abstract and atmospheric, other times grounded in stories or fragments of memory. Together ( Kimiya and Navid) , we explore the quiet power of combining visuals with audio to create immersive, emotionally textured experiences.
