I’ll be honest… adidas has released some beautiful retro Azzurri pieces, and even a few away kits that really worked.
But when it comes to the home kits, something still feels missing.
This project is my take on that.
I created Kappa alternatives for both the 2024 and 2026 Italy home kits, reimagining them with more identity, more soul, and a look that feels closer to what the Azzurri should represent.
Because for Italy, a home shirt should be more than just a kit.
It should carry history, pride, and emotion the moment you see it.
I also reworked the current FIGC emblem, giving it more of an early 2000s feel to better suit the concept.
