A few quick things I prepped this morning for the week. It's so much easier to eat well if there are easily available healthy foods right there when you open the fridge.
•Eggs for snacks/lunch boxes/toast toppers
•Fruit compote to add to the kids yogurt/porridge/granola
•Roasted sweet potato and red onion with lots of turmeric and black pepper for a quick lunch
•Soaked chia seeds for adding to yogurt, or add a spoon each of cacao/honey/creme fraiche for a quick and healthy dessert
•Fed my sourdough starter ready for making a couple of loaves for the week
