This recipe uses the oven to bake a delicious Sāmores Dip using a pre-medicated chocolate bar as the base of the edible.š« I always find myself unable to get through a bar of infused chocolate so using an infused milk chocolate bar was the quickest and easiest way to medicate the dessert. This recipe does have like 80 mg per mini cake pan, so you might want to supplement some regular chocolate chips or Hersheyās to lower the potency if needed. Iād lie and say these are meant for 2 people to share, but I definitely will smash one all by myself šš
Recipe trials š: Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies š
When creating this recipe, I really wanted to use fresh strawberries because they have such a lovely flavor, but didnāt consider exactly how much extra liquid they would add. To make up for the extra moisture, I tossed them in some flour and called it a day. Once the batter was mixed, it was clear that they were too wet, but I was determined to bake them that day and be done with it! Lesson learned (as you can see from the mega-cookie lol). After fucking up ~50 cookies, I added a significant amount of flour to the rest of the batter and began to tune up the recipe.
The goal was to have chunks of cheesecake and strawberries, but they were blended almost 100% into the cookie by the time we got the extra flour incorporated ā which gave the cookie a great flavor, but not exactly the outcome I was looking for. Weāll have another round of R&D before this recipeās where I want it to be, but hereās to failure and the knowledge that comes from it!

My lovely former coworker @giannaalyce got me this sweet rolling pin with cannabis leaves printed all over it, and it works like a charm!! These were so fun to make and the shape totally held after baking š You guys will definitely be seeing more of this pattern in the future!!

To medicate, I tossed some distillate into butter before adding garlic to cook while the butter browned. Honestly, Iām not sure how many milligrams are in this so, uh, whats the age old saying? Yolo?? š¤·š¼āāļø

Happy Sunday everyone! Taking it easy today with this single serving Blueberry and Raspberry Cobbler š« This was infused with some cannabis sugar I wanted to use up, so I tossed the berries in it and added some to the crumble. Topped with vanilla ice cream, this 20 mg dessert was the perfect way to end the weekend š

Medicated Margs anyone?? These Blood Orange Margaritas used a base of key lime juice and fresh blood orange juice, with infused EspoloĢn Tequila Reposado to add THC to the cocktail. š
Each cocktail has 50-100 mg of THC, depending on whether you add one shot or two! Top with sparkling water (or ginger beer if you are doing a mocktail and want some extra flavor). š¹
Recipe:
1-2 shots of tequila
2-3 parts of juice (depending on how strong you like it)
Top with 2 parts soda water and a slice of lime!
