Got a little Elderberry Mojito here from the other night. My coworker @kettlerat foraged some elderberries and made infused elderberry syrup! You guys already know its s’mores season! No campfire? No worries! This recipe uses the oven to bake a delicious S’mores Dip using a pre-medicated chocolate bar as the base of the edible.šŸ« I always find myself unable to get through a bar of infused chocolate so using an infused milk chocolate bar was the quickest and easiest way to medicate the dessert. Swipe to see the incredible texture that the @callebautchocolate has. 😻 This recipe does have like 80 mg per mini cake pan, so you might want to supplement some regular chocolate chips or Hershey’s to lower the potency if needed. I’d lie and say these are meant for 2 people to share, but I definitely will smash one all by myself šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

Recipe trials šŸ“š: Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies šŸ“ When creating this recipe, I really wanted to use fresh strawberries because they have such a lovely flavor, but didn’t consider exactly how much extra liquid they would add. To make up for the extra moisture, I tossed them in some flour and called it a day. Once the batter was mixed, it was clear that they were too wet, but I was determined to bake them that day and be done with it! Lesson learned (as you can see from the mega-cookie lol). After fucking up ~50 cookies, I added a significant amount of flour to the rest of the batter and began to tune up the recipe. The goal was to have chunks of cheesecake and strawberries, but they were blended almost 100% into the cookie by the time we got the extra flour incorporated — which gave the cookie a great flavor, but not exactly the outcome I was looking for. We’ll have another round of R&D before this recipe’s where I want it to be, but here’s to failure and the knowledge that comes from it! Swipe to see the cookie after adding flour 🤪

Hi everyone! After taking almost a year long hiatus from posting on here, allow me to reintroduce myself šŸ‘‹šŸ¼ My name is Murphy! I live in Bozeman, Montana with my cat Remy, creating infused products for a cannabis company called @big_sky_buds1 . After budtending and working in cultivation, it feels awesome to finally be creating infused products on a large scale! Shortbread Cookies with White Chocolate 🧈🌱 These are around 30-40 mg per cookie. My lovely former coworker @giannaalyce got me this sweet rolling pin with cannabis leaves printed all over it, and it works like a charm!! These were so fun to make and the shape totally held after baking šŸ˜ You guys will definitely be seeing more of this pattern in the future!! . . . Honorary mention for my last day at @lemonatifamilyfarms last week. These people are so full of creativity and positive energy. Always down for a fun time or a deep discussion, I am lucky to have experienced the complex and beautiful minds that made up our cultivation team. This is your sign to buy a distillate syringe so you, too, can medicate anything you want instantly. ✨ Simple, quick, and sooo delicious, this Smoked Mozzarella and Red Pepper Ravioli from @horrocksfarmmarket is my favorite go-to frozen dinner. Only took two pictures of this before I devoured it šŸ˜‚ To medicate, I tossed some distillate into butter before adding garlic to cook while the butter browned. Honestly, I’m not sure how many milligrams are in this so, uh, whats the age old saying? Happy Sunday everyone! Taking it easy today with this single serving Blueberry and Raspberry Cobbler 🫐 This was infused with some cannabis sugar I wanted to use up, so I tossed the berries in it and added some to the crumble. Here is a Galentine’s Day themed Hot Cocoa Bomb šŸ’• I went with a cute lil purple sprinkle mix for the lovely ladies (and men) in my life. Valentine’s day is cool because you can appreciate your partner, as well as everyone else that you ā€œloveā€ 🄰 Each one of these contains about 30 mg of THC and is filled with a homemade peppermint hot chocolate mix. Just heat 8 oz of milk or milk alternative and pour over to watch the hot cocoa mix explode out of it 🤩

Infused Spinach Handpies 🄺 I had two ā€œugliesā€ left over from last week’s dinner and they were so delicious! The feta and parmesan add so much flavor, and I was absolutely LIT after šŸ˜‚ Each pie has about 50 mg of THC. It was my first time eating a high dose in awhile and boy was I giggling šŸ˜‚ felt like my first time eating edibles all over again šŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø Happy Saturday everyone!

Finally got to cross this off of my baking bucket list 🤩 This 2000 mg infused Carrot Cake was made using the client’s mother’s secret recipe — she made me promise not to share it with anyone and I was honored she even shared it with me in the first place! šŸ„• Each slice is about 175-200 mg, depending on how many pieces you’d like. Please forgive the uneven carrots as I clearly am not going to be an expert cake decorator anytime soon šŸ˜‚

Medicated Margs anyone?? These Blood Orange Margaritas used a base of key lime juice and fresh blood orange juice, with infused Espolón Tequila Reposado to add THC to the cocktail. šŸŠ Each cocktail has 50-100 mg of THC, depending on whether you add one shot or two! Top with sparkling water (or ginger beer if you are doing a mocktail and want some extra flavor). šŸ¹ Recipe: 1-2 shots of tequila 2-3 parts of juice (depending on how strong you like it) Top with 2 parts soda water and a slice of lime!
